Infrastructure.
Cloud that stays up while you sleep.
Zero-downtime cloud architecture and automated deployment pipelines.
Infrastructure is the layer your users never see and your team can never ignore. We design and run the cloud environments, deployment pipelines, and observability that sit underneath everything OBLAIDISH ships — so a release at 2am is boring, a traffic spike is a non-event, and a 3am page is rare and actionable. This is the work that turns a product that runs on someone's laptop into a system that runs a business.
We treat infrastructure as code from the first commit. Environments are reproducible, deploys are automated and reversible, and every change moves through the same pipeline whether it is a typo fix or a database migration. The point is not to be clever; it is to be predictable. When something does break, you want to roll back in seconds and read exactly what happened in the trace.
We work best with founders and CTOs who have shipped a product and now feel the operational weight of it — flaky deploys, mystery latency, a cloud bill nobody can explain, a security questionnaire from an enterprise buyer. We bring that under control without rebuilding what you already run. Most engagements start by making the existing setup reproducible and observable, then making it cheaper to operate.
Infrastructure as Code
Your entire environment defined in Terraform and version-controlled — VPCs, databases, queues, DNS, secrets — so any environment can be rebuilt from scratch in minutes.
CI/CD Pipeline
Automated build, test, and deploy through GitHub Actions with preview environments per pull request, gated migrations, and one-click rollback to any prior release.
Observability Stack
Metrics, structured logs, distributed traces, and SLO-based alerting wired into Grafana and OpenTelemetry, so you see p99 latency and error budgets before customers do.
Security Baseline
Least-privilege IAM, secrets management, network isolation, automated dependency and image scanning, and an audit trail ready for SOC 2 or enterprise procurement.
Operations Runbook
Documented escalation paths, incident runbooks, on-call rotation, and a recorded walkthrough, so an engineer who has never touched the system can run an on-call shift from the docs alone.
Cost & Capacity Model
A right-sized resource plan with autoscaling policies and a monthly cost breakdown, typically cutting cloud spend 20–40% versus an unoptimized baseline.
Founders and CTOs with a live product who need deploys, uptime, cost, and security under control without pausing the roadmap for a rebuild.
We already have infrastructure running. Where do you start?
With what you have. Most engagements begin by codifying the live environment into Terraform, adding a real pipeline, and instrumenting it, so the current setup becomes reproducible and observable before anything moves. We replace a component only when the cost or risk of keeping it is higher than the migration. A rewrite is the exception, not the entry fee.
Can you get us through a SOC 2 or enterprise security review?
We set the technical baseline that those reviews depend on: least-privilege IAM, encrypted secrets, network isolation, audit logging, and automated dependency and image scanning in CI. We are not auditors and do not issue certifications, but we produce the controls and evidence trail your auditor and your enterprise buyers will ask for.
Who runs this once you hand it over?
Your team. Every engagement ends with infrastructure-as-code in your repos, documented runbooks, on-call configuration, and a recorded walkthrough. The system is designed so a normal engineer can operate it on a normal day. We offer a retainer for on-call backup and ongoing capacity work, but it is optional, not a dependency we engineer in.
